Psychotherapy

I practice psychotherapy at Brooklyn Somatic Therapy, a group practice in Downtown Brooklyn, where I’m currently seeing individuals and couples.

In my practice, I integrate Gestalt, somatic, and EMDR approaches in collaboration with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, shame, deep attachment wounding, and ongoing traumatic responses to acute and complex traumas. My style is creative, relational, warm—and reliably no-nonsense. For a free consultation get in touch.

DIVING INTO THE WRECK: Expressive Writing

I blend my skills as a psychotherapist and writing teacher to independently run DIVING INTO THE WRECK: Expressive Writing groups. Expressive writing is a therapeutic form of writing that helps individuals to integrate emotional and logical parts of the brain, make meaning of the stories of their lives, lower stress hormones, increase a sense of belonging and connectivity with others, and improve overall mental health.
